Blueprint Company Blueprint Build Tools Tier List

Ranked for creative power—not combat. Architecture tools first.

Last updated:

Welcome to the Tier List Hub for Blueprint on Roblox. Unlike combat or gacha wikis, this ranking measures creative power: how much a tool expands what you can express on a 1024×1024 plot, how often skilled builders reach for it, and how hard it is to fake the same result with weaker systems.

Blueprint by Rillcore Studios is a free architecture sandbox—no money, no gamepasses. Meta here means mastery of walls, roofs, pools, basements, multi-select, advanced transform, decals, landscaping, and lighting. Use this hub as the overview; dive into the full write-up on Build Tools Tier List.

Ranking criteria (creative power)

We score tools on five axes:

  1. Expressive range — Can one tool create many silhouettes and styles?
  2. Precision — Fine grids, per-side controls, independent thickness/height.
  3. Composition leverage — Does it multiply other tools (for example multi-select + scale)?
  4. Showcase impact — How strongly it reads in screenshots, TikToks, and walkthroughs.
  5. Learning ceiling — Tools with a high skill ceiling rank up if practice clearly pays off.

We do not rank weapons, pets, or paywalled kits. Those do not apply.

Snapshot tiers

S-tier — define Blueprint’s identity

  • Advanced roofs (hollow gable, hip, pyramid, skylights) — Per-piece height, thickness, overhang, rotation, material, and hollow interiors make skyline silhouettes unique. Hollow gables with skylights are community favorites.
  • Multi-select + scaling / advanced transform — Selecting many objects and scaling or transforming them together turns furniture into custom millwork and lets single-part props become monumental set pieces.
  • Walls & floors on fine grids — Tiny grid sizes for walls, roofs, and floors enable miniature builds and crisp architectural detailing most Roblox builders never get.

A-tier — high-impact specialists

  • Pools (swimmable water) — Depth, color, transparency, wave speed/height, and pool-wall color support rivers, lakes, and luxury courtyards—not only backyard rectangles.
  • Basements / subterranean volumes — Same logic as upper floors but downward; testers use them for tunnels, transit cuts, and hidden rooms as much as literal basements. Stack with tall floor counts for vertical storytelling.
  • Decals & art frames — Community art competitions already feed preset paintings; decals sell interior narrative fast.

B-tier — essential support systems

  • Landscaping (scalable hills, rocks, outdoor props) — Softens plots and sells biome fantasy; less structural than walls/roofs but critical for campus and villa scenes.
  • Lighting & atmosphere items — Mood makers for night showcases and interior photography; power rises as lighting kits expand.
  • Core furniture catalog — Necessary for lived-in spaces; scaling rules (with noted exceptions like some doors/windows) keep pieces adaptable across room sizes.

Situational notes

Doors, windows, and specialty roof trims sit where architectural accuracy matters more than raw flexibility. Stairs and circulation pieces matter hugely for playable interiors even if they look “basic” in a tier graphic. Expect ranks to shift when public testing lands new sets.

Practice path for new builders

Hour one: walls, floors, simple gable roof. Hour two: hollow roof + skylight and a small pool. Hour three: basement volume and a multi-select furniture composition. That sequence teaches S- and A-tier leverage faster than dumping every catalog item on the plot.

PC-first controls reward precision; mobile support is planned later, so tier value currently assumes mouse/keyboard finesse. When mobile lands, we may annotate which tools lose precision on touch.

What this tier list is not

It is not a popularity contest of Discord skins, not a Robux efficiency chart, and not a PvP ladder. If another site ranks “best Blueprint races” or “best pets,” you are reading a different game’s meta—confirm Rillcore authorship.

Return here whenever a feature drop reshapes creative power. Architecture metas move when roofs, water, or selection tools change—not when a battle pass rotates.
